  • Yes, we ship internationally to certain countries listed below. If your country is not included in this list please email us at Shop@danmackstudio.com and we will let you know if we can accommodate you. When shipping internationally, any import taxes, duties or other customs fees that may apply are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • USA, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Sweden, Ireland, Australia, New Zeland, Japan, Finland.

  • The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Fedex International and do not require a signature upon delivery. Once the order is shipped, then tracking details are provided. For international orders, we are not responsible for any import taxes or other customs fees that may apply.

  • All sales are final, including but not limited to custom and sample pieces. Once your order is in production, it cannot be changed or canceled. For items damaged in transit or defective parts, please keep all original packaging and document the damage as soon as the piece is delivered. Damage must be reported with photos of package and product within 48 hours of delivery. If replacement or repair is not possible, a refund will be issued. Please email Shop@danmackstudio.com

  • Yes! If you live local to San Francisco or in the Bay Area please message me Shop@danmackstudio.com and we can arrange a drop off or pickup and I will refund your shipping.
